Yes. The relationship can begin around a defined initiative such as preparing for ISO 27001 or SOC 2, improving cloud security, remediating security findings, or addressing a customer security requirement. It can then continue as broader support where useful.

Yes. CYBERSOL can work with leadership, engineering, IT, compliance, legal, internal security staff, and external providers. Depending on the work and access available, we may deliver changes directly or coordinate with the teams responsible for implementation.

Can you lead ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and customer assurance work?

Yes. Support can include ISO 27001 certification readiness, SOC 2 examination readiness, HIPAA security requirements, customer questionnaires, control implementation, evidence preparation, and coordination with external assessors. Final certification or attestation remains with the relevant independent body.

It can. Depending on the engagement, CYBERSOL can help implement cloud security controls, identity improvements, logging and alerting, WAF configuration, security tooling, policies, and other changes identified through the security roadmap.

Can you support us during a security incident?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on a best-effort basis. CYBERSOL can review the available information, perform technical analysis, help assess likely cause and impact, advise on containment and recovery, and support the required follow-up work. The service does not provide continuous monitoring, managed detection, or guaranteed round-the-clock emergency response.
